ARTWORK

The Self Emerging

ART-WAA-0045

One half of the face remains behind dark purple and black layers, while the other turns towards a radiant turquoise space. The gaze emerging from the half-light carries caution and growing resolve. The artwork portrays the gradual transformation in which we no longer wish to remain completely hidden, yet choose to become visible in our own time and on our own terms.
