ARTWORK

Beyond the Tangle

ART-WAA-0052

A woman's tilted face is surrounded by a network of golden-yellow, turquoise and deep crimson lines, as though thoughts and impulses were growing outward from her. The tension between the luminous face and the dense weave on the right preserves both fragility and strength. The image tells us that even through inner confusion, we can arrive at a clear and consciously claimed presence.
