From Darkness into Flame

ART-WAA-0064

Deep blue and violet shadows cover the left side of the face, while red and orange colours flare across the right. The boundary between these contrasting realms meets along the gaze and the centre line of the face. The image speaks of the courageous process of transformation: the moment when we step out of inner darkness and embrace the power of our own light.
